3D Solutions
High-resolution 3D scanning, digital refinement, digital archival + preservation, and fabrication services for artists, museums, foundries, and cultural institutions.
See Project Examples below:
Bust of Costanza Bonarelli (after Bernini)
Process Overview -
A reproduced cast measuring 28 inches in height was scanned in my studio at 0.2 mm resolution with 0.045 mm accuracy. The scan data was digitally processed and refined for fabrication.
The finalized digital model was printed as a 7-inch FDM prototype in PLA at 0.4 mm layer height.
Anatomy of Man — Écorché (after E. Lanteri)
Process Overview -
The original cast, measuring 34 inches in height, was scanned in my studio at 0.2 mm resolution with 0.045 mm accuracy. Scan data was digitally processed and prepared for 3D printing.
The prototype model was produced as a 10-inch FDM print in PLA at 0.4 mm layer height

For institutional applications, legacy scan data was evaluated and digitally re-sculpted in ZBrush to meet the surface fidelity and structural requirements for large-scale SLA 3D printing. This ensured anatomical accuracy, clean topology, and reliable fabrication outcomes.
Digital sculpting and Artistic refinement Client: Carole Feuerman Studios
Digital Processing · FDM Printing
Process Overview
Scan data was digitally re-sculpted, artistically refined, and processed for 3D printing.
The prototype model was printed at various scales on an FDM printer in PLA at a 0.4 mm layer height. A master will be printed in Resin.
Ultimately, the final realized sculpture will be 12 feet tall.
